Welcome! For now, we are putting Mr. Edgar Allan Poe on the shelf for awhile. We will be ready a new short story called, "A Rose for Emily" written by Southern Gothic Rockstar-- William Faulkner. _____________________________________________________ To prepare, this is today's plan. Welcome! You have vocabulary quiz today.  The vocabulary will be on the board for five minutes and you can ask questions about the terms. Like any other quizzes/tests, it is done independently and quietly.  ***Take your time.*** When you are done, you will work on a short writing exercise on a poem called Dreams  by Linda Pasten.
